Jacob did great work adding support to my flooring. He was quick and did quality work and I would gladly use his services again and recommend him to others.

Jacob was on time, gave a reasonable bid and completed the work in a clean and timely way.

They came ready to work if we approved the estimate and got all 5 of our projects done in an afternoon including repainting our guest bathroom. They were friendly and worked steadily through the job. I would recommend them to anyone needing handymen.

Jacob and his crew were great! We had a bid right away and he communicated well. Kept us updated when we had rain delays. I have had difficulty even getting return calls from other contractors, so this was fabulous!! They found rot on our trim which is pretty par for the course at the Oregon coast. Since they are a contractors, they were able to make the repair right away and our job was completed on time!! We had an electric contract and weâ re able to pay with square which was also a plus! I would hire Jacob again to do other work on my home if needed. Highly recommend!

Jacob leveled our back yard and reseed the lawn, removed the old cement decks from the back and front yard and built new decks. the decks are great! The yard is beautiful and finally usable. Jacob is very professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend him for any job inside or out

Hired Jacob to install windows in my house. He did not show up. I texted him asked what was going on. He said he needed to reschedule. I asked when he could do it. He failed to respond to me. Do not hire this guy. He wont show up.

We were not satisfied with their work or the followup to correct the work.

Jacob Bilyeu showed up. Worked part time after saying (when he was hired) that he would be here at 8:00 a.m, everyday. Said he was 'pumped ' about the job! The earliest he showed up was 9:30 a.m.. the latest he worked was 4:40 p.m. he missed almost every other day and didn't show up after he earned ....almost hat I paid him as a deposit. I bought him lunch in order to keep him on the job site and not leave,, he had people over visiting while on the clock, very frequently on the phone.. Some of that time, I paid for him to correct his mistakes. How does one expect to build a 6 foot fence when you chop off a foot at the top!? He then said he had a funeral to go to in California, that was at least 6 weeks ago. How long does it take to bury some!? I'm sorry for your loss but you have no business since. Do not hire this man.
