Description of Work: Oil furnace techs w/ Housewarmers have lost of experience & have always tuned up or repaired my heating system with no fuss or delay. They keep the old thing running great & don't try to sell me upgrades.

+ -1 moreThe only reason I did not give Colubia Housewarmers all "A"'s is they gave me a quote of $1600 just to install stove pipe for a wood stove that was existing in my shop. This quote was about 4 times more than I expected. However, I know that the job would have been done right. Overall this company has the best service out of any HVAC company on the North Oregon Coast.
Description of Work: I used Columbia Housewarmers for an inspection and service of my furnace in a home I purchased last year. They were very professional and helpful. The tech took time to explain what he was doing and teach me about my furnace. I appreciated how they were able to schedule me quickly and arrived on time.

Description of Work: The tech was very professional and knowledgeable about the heating and a/c business and took the time to explain what was required to keep my oil furnace running in tip-top shape. He had excellent people skills and it was obvious that he enjoyed his work. He had to replace an element in the heating unit that had been incorrectly installed by a competitor company but did not mention their name or speak negatively of them in any way, which showed a great level of professionalism. I am planning to have my oil furnace replaced with a gas unit and will have Columbia Housewarmers do the work for me.
