He was very professional and showed us how to rekey them in the future by our selves (now that we have the original key). Couldn't have asked for better service!

+ -1 moreJohn arrived on time, even a little early, and changed out our locks. He was very professional and even offered some advice on how to lock an owner's cabinet.
Description of Work: John changed out all of the the locks on our new house and rekeyed a lock so that we could use it on another door.

+ -1 moreThe owner showed up and within minutes I was in my car. He used an updated tool to get into my car which I guess has less of a chance to damage the interior of my door. I was very impressed by his knowledge and how quickly he was able to get me in my car.
Description of Work: I had locked my keys in my car at Fred Meyer. The owner was very courteous on the phone and responded right away. I called other locksmiths in the county and he charges less than everyone. He is a mobile locksmith and says that is how he keeps his prices lower. I checked online and the owner is licensed and bonded which is more than I can say about the other guy I called.
