Warrior Window Gutter Cleaning

I asked David to please go to my home and give me an estimate on cleaning my gutters out, and putting whatever protection was needed over them so they wouldn't become clogged again. He said he could do it all in a day, and there would be no problems and the entire bill would be $300, so I said, go ahead. He cleaned out all the gutters, and sprayed all the mess into my yard, and left the mess in the yard. The gutters hadn't been cleaned in more than 2 years. Front and back yards were a slimy mess. Then he put the wire covers over the top of the gutters, and left all the cuttings, and pieces all over the yard, where ever they landed. When he finished up, he said he was singing at some big do in Ashland and would be back to finish up the next day. HE DIDN'T COME BACK. I cleaned up the mess. 1 week later, I called him, because I noticed that one of the areas of wires was sticking up in the back patio. He called back and in a less than professional tone, informed me that there was "Nothing to tie it down with, so it would just have to stick up."1 month later, in the front of the house another section had sprung up and I called and left another message. He didn't return the call. I waited for 2 weeks and then called and said that if he didn't call, I would leave a report on Angie's List about how he really was. Surprise, he called, and said he hadn't gotten the first message. He arrived within a few days as that was Friday, and repaired the problem, and left a REALLY nice note of apology. Sorry, it didn't help. Still very shoddy work.
