The job was done in a efficient manner, had all the necessary tools and cleaned up. Richard is a very nice and friendly person and I would not hesitate to call him in the future. He answered my questions and gave me good advice about saving money on different projects. A+ for Richard!!

I called and left a message. My call was returned within an hour and an appointment was made for later that morning. Two workers arrived and figured out the what was needed to remedy the problem. They went off for some parts, returned within 20 minutes and finished the job. Ferguson lives and works only in Ashland and is extremely friendly and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone.

He has been awesome. I highly recommend him. He will suggest ways to check if things are working well. This helps me know that I am getting the best value for money. He tells me what he is doing, so that I understand the same. The last time he came out, he charged me a very minimal amount. He was fair and he charged me for the parts. He charged only for one person, even though he had another person working for him. I spent around $125. His price was phenomenal. I called him on a weekend and he got back to me in a couple of hours. I recommended him to my friend. He has already used him and is very happy. He will be back shortly for some more work.

Always responds quickly to phone calls and any questions I have. He is the only Master certified plumber in the Rogue Valley and is very fair in his prices. He has at least 25 years experience that I know of (maybe more?) and know how to keep costs down while delivering a prompt and quality job. He was actually cheaper than the initial estimate and was very personable and easy to talk with.
