Not only did he work tirelessly for almost 2 months looking for exactly what we wanted at the price range we specified, he even found my husband an excellent place to rent during the transition. What is great about Eric besides his energy and positive nature, he is totally honest -- he never hesitated to point out the disadvantages of a particular place we saw, based on what he knew from listening to us and paying attention. Most realtors (and I've worked with tons of them over the years), always try to sell you everything they show you -- there is no "bad house" or deal for most of them. Not so with Eric. When we began looking (Sept. 2012), the market here warmed up and we lost several homes to other buyers simply because we hesitated or both of us couldn't see the house before someone else swooped in to make an offer. As it turned out, we were glad we "lost" some of those places, because Eric finally steered us to the perfect neighborhood (we would not have discovered without him, knowing NOTHING about this area) and the perfect house.
