The work went according to plan. The sub-contractors were punctual and efficient. Their efforts quickly turned our flooded room into a very livable condition quickly with little interruption for us. They were thorough in their repairs and cleaned up all their mess. And, they were friendly and helpful throughout their time here.

Keith was very personable and we had a meaningful discussion about the changes we want to make in our house. He took all the information and is preparing a proposal.

Eagle Harbor Designs did it all. Keith arrived at our home and stood in the dysfunctional bathroom and listened to our family's ideas. After taking measurements and photographs, he developed designs that incorporated our hopes and design elements we had never considered. Because of our busy schedule, Keith made appointments for after hours and weekends with companies that sold tile and fixtures so we could shop at a convenient time. He demolished the bathroom on schedule, when we left on vacation and I didn't hesitate to give him a key to our home. He is completely trustworthy. The subcontractors that work with Eagle Harbor Designs are top quality from sheet rock to cabinet makers to tile installers. The new bathroom exceeded our expectations of what we could accomplish for our budget. We love it. Thank you Eagle Harbor Designs!

The entire project went very smoothly! I have no complaints at all! From start to finish Keith Swink was on the job every day supervising the subs and doing a lot of the work himself. I can not give him a better recomendation! If anyone is interested I would welcome them to come and see the quality of his work.

As a general contractor, Mr. Swink did some of the work personally and subcontracted some of the trades. All work was with permits and completed professionally. It can be difficult to live in a construction zone, but the workmen were sensitive to our needs, respectful of our house, always courteous, and very professional. Start to finish, the work took about three months. His recordkeeping was impeccable, and the estimates fairly and accurately represented the costs. We are thrilled with the results--especially the 1915-style bathroom that looks much more original to the house than the 1950s-era one they removed. Mr. Swink is a skilled craftsman who has long experience with historic homes and the unique challenges they present. I knew what I wanted it too look like but relied heavily on his expert advice in terms of materials, suppliers, and the best approaches. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I'm already looking ahead to our next project. We will definitely hire him again.
