Welcome to DE'ZIN LLC! We are a collaboration of designers, based in the Rogue Valley, specializing in custom homes. We have worked on well over 100 projects in and around the Rogue Valley. Our clients have included KDA Homes, Suncrest Homes, and numerous individuals looking to create their dream home. We are passionate about design and creating a quality product that meets our client’s budgetary and aesthetic needs. Welcome to dә’zīn! Our team and collaborators (including licensed Architect Douglas A. Clark) are excited to help you achieve your project dreams. We have designed ADUs, Cottages, Additions, Internal Remodels, and Custom Homes. Our work also encompasses Multi-Family designs, such as Duplexes. We have had the pleasure to work within many different styles of home, including: Modern, Historical, and (a current client favorite) Contemporary Farmhouse. Services we don't offer

We do not offer commercial design for areas larger than 4,000 square feet, or for residential homes with ceilings higher than 20'-0" at this time. If your project exceeds these limitations, we will need to involved our collaborating Architect.
