Description of Work: Changed the timer on my clothes dryer. We have been using Courtesy appliance since the 80s. As usual the service was excellent, quality of work was excellent. You just can't ask for better! The are EXCELLENT!!

+ -1 moreThere really wasn't anything that we didn't like about them. They are very personable and very generous with his time. We liked them a lot. He was referred to us by somebody that we know. His prices were fairly reasonable versus the others that we saw. He was really top notch and very trustworthy. I felt very comfortable, I didn't feel like he was going to try to get more out of us or anything like that. He offered us different options. So, definitely he will get a high rating from us. We would definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: Courtesy Appliance repaired my electric range and the dryer. He was actually able to do two things.

+ -1 moreWaWarren was an extremely good communicator and since the time was flexible he made several calls to let us know when he could come give us a diagnosis of our broken Washing Machine. Due to the snow he called to explain the delay. He gave us the diagnosis and was very honest about the cost to repair and suggested it would be a better value for us to simply buy another machine.

I called Courtesy Appliance and Warren called back the next day, and the day after that he went out and fixed the problem. Thank you Warren!! Professonal, timely and courteous--exactly.

Description of Work: Warren from Courtesy Appliance came out to look at our wall oven and confessed that he would not be able to fix it and recommended Crater Lake appliance. He had taken the time and the energy to look at the oven and charged nothing and gave us a good recommendation.
