Called and was warmly greeted. Appointment made about 10 days out as they are very busy. They arrived on time and entirely ready to get to work. They listened carefully to what we had in mind, sketched out a plan using existing wiring so that we did not have to tear the place up. I would say the job (six new lights cut into the ceiling- recessed). took less than two hours, during which time, the men were thoughtful, taking care not to make any mess, cleaning as they went. I could not be more impressed with any provider. My wife and i decided to ask them to do another job next week - bringing all the lights in the house up to the new standard. Really impressed from start to finish!

Scott was very punctual and professional. He noticed that two of the old ceiling fans had not previously been installed correctly. He took the time to acquire the necessary materials and did the job right.

They did a great job, especially considering what a mess the wiring was initially. I was impressed when the county inspector heard who was doing the electrical work and commented on how good they were and how he did not have to worry about them doing anything less than a great job. Ashland Electric had some challenges since the prior owner had apparently been bootlegging the majority of the power from an illegal hookup, with all of the extra detective and leg work that that entailed, but they worked with the power company and the county inspector to bring everything up to code. They are always on time and very professional. They even put up with some of the mistakes and mediocre work I had done hooking up a few things on my own to save money, but they were not happy with my quality of work :-) and ended up re-doing most of that. I'll be using these guys for any future electrical work that I need.

Ashland Electric was on time and on budget. During the bidding process, they were helpful and responsive and were very good at helping me understand what they were recommending, and evaluating options. The job itself went without a hitch. I would use them again myself, and have recommended them to friends.

I had an excellent experience with them. They worked through my property manager who oversaw the project. I thought the pricing was good. I had several competing bids and they looked pretty similar on the surface, but after you really dug into them this contractor was much less expensive because they didn't have hidden and contingent costs like the others. He did the entire job in a very straight-forward way. I thought they were responsive and I thought they did a very good job for me.
