Reed Morrison was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He dealt with rats and other animal carcasses in the crawl space and sealed the vents with steel mesh. He then replaced the rat-fouled vapor barrier with a new one. I will recommend 503Pest to my friends with similar issues. I was fortunate that Home Advisor referred 503pest to me.

We had a crazy time crunch for an ant problem, but Reed was able to make it out to our place in SE Portland and get the job done. He is very informed about all pest related issues and realistic and fair about mitigating the problem.

Reed came out same-day to take care of wasp nest removal. He found a few other spots that needed treatment and took care of those, and gave advice on things to do to prevent future issues.

Reed responded by phone within a few hours to our HomeAdvisor request for a wasp removal quote. We discussed the job and agreed on a price. He came out the next day exactly on time, removed about 6-10 wasp nests above second story dormers (about 30' up). He was personable and professional in his work. We recommend him.

Extremely professional and fantastic work. Great communication and explanation -- Reed was able to take care of an issue for us while we were out of town and sent us tons of photos and updates along the way. I'd absolutely recommend this company. Although I hope to not need them again soon, if I do, I'll be calling Reed ASAP!

Reed was on time, explained what he was doing and was able to take care of our problem. He answered questions and was able to seal up a vent, from the outside, as he couldn t get to it in the crawlspace due to solid duct work. He made it secure and look good as well. Very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. We can rest easy knowing we do not have a rodent problem.
