Knocked-my-sox off perfection. They sent a young man, MIchael Quintero, who went above n beyond -- gotta ask 4 him. And price was very reasonable, even lower than expected, especially with our floor 2 ceiling 9' windows.

The windows were cleaned but I had asked them to also clean the bottom tracks. I assumed that since I was having the inside and the outside did that would have included the outside tracks of the sliders. Apparently, it did not. PS. After I wrote this review they called and asked if they could come back and finish the job. Thank you
