Description of Work: Replaced a broken spring. Scheduled between 4-5, called early to say he was delayed on a complicated job. Accepted his generous offer to come as late as 7 pm. Great job. Honored the Angies coupon without hesitation.

Description of Work: We couldn't get the car out of our garage, and they came out the same day that we called. They replaced broken tension springs on garage door. One of the two springs had broken and the garage door couldn't be opened. They recommended that they both be replaced due their age, which would save the cost of a second service trip. Since this made good sense, we followed their recommendation. Work took about an hour. We had used them before to replace the motor control unit, and we were pleased with their work at that time. Hopefully we won't need to call them again, but we definitely will use them if we do. Receptionist instantly pulled up a record of our name, address and phone number and the previous work they had done. Very efficient.

Description of Work: I bought an older home and added an electric garage door to one of the doors. After a month or so the door began to bind and I replaced the plastic hinges with new steel ones. This didn't solve the problem so I called in the pros. The gentlemen was on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. It needed lubrication on the spring rollers, which he did in approximately 3 minutes. The door never bound again. I own a business here in town and when people are ignorant like I was I usually give them a break hoping to gain their future business. I know Les Schwab built his business on this principle, but not everyone agrees. I could afford the money and he did fix my problem so it worked out for me, but others that are less fortunate would have felt really ripped off. I get that he had to make a trip over and time is money, but I think we would all agree $90 to spray a little oil is a little excessive and maybe a lesser "ignorance" fee would have been more acceptable.
