Because of the pandemic and the associated supply chain issues, it took longer than expected, but John and Dave very apologetic about that, and they got it done as quickly as could be expected. If I need anything else done in the future, I will definitely be using their services again.

It went extremely well. Mr. Ulrich was open to suggestions and very willing to please the customer. Appropriate estimates were given with items listed well. He treats his workers well as they are supporting families and I think their hourly wage was more than fair and well in line with the expert craft they provided. They are craftsmen, not just workers. On the rating that I provided regarding costs, I have to be honest that I had nothing to compare it to, but costs were always mentioned, no surprises arose, if changes were made, cost was discussed, and I felt the workmanship was indicative of what I hoped was a very fair hourly wage for these hard working young men. My garage was used for the work area where they sawed the wood.They made every effort to protect the items in my garage from sawdust as much as possible. They always arrived when they said they would, were very respectful and trustworthy. In fact, I was so comfortable with them in my home that I had no qualms about leaving while they were working and I enjoyed seeing them every morning when they arrived. Both those aspects are worth a lot when your house is all torn up and living conditions are not optimal. To be honest, while I was extremely thrilled to have the project completed, I was actually sad that I would not be seeing these kind young men any further. Mr Urlich was always available, easy to contact, was in touch on a regular basis, stopped by frequently to observe and discuss options, give details to the young men and kept things moving so there were no unexpected delays. Some of the subcontracted work, while satisfactory, did not always exhibit the refined skill of the wood workers.
