Deck had been installed too closely surrounding the swim spa and so removable side panels were too difficult to remove. Decking was removed and support structure trimmed back slightly, enabling access. Well done job.

This company was great. From planning to watching them put it together. They were fast too. I thought a week or so but only two days and then to wait for the gutter install and final, that was it. I would use them again.

The best construction experience we've ever had. Clearly outlined, competitive bid, on budget, on time, excellent work. Highly recommended.

1) Trish (TNT owner) came to our home and reviewed deck state and confirmed structural integrity and provided railing replacement options. It was clear that Trish was very experienced in deck stuff and her verbal input was helpful to us as homeowners to confirm what needed fixing on our deck (and what was ok with our deck) 2) bid provided via email. We accepted bid and worked with a job scheduler to get job start date. 3) crew showed up on time and was easy to work with. The job took a few weeks and we had a few refinements during the process which crew adapted to nicely. 4) price was not cheap, but I felt the quality of work provided was well worth the price. Good value for due to high quality outcome from experienced workers. I did get the feeling that crew was building our deck railing as if they were building their own deck railing at their home. 5) Good follow up after job completion by owners. 6) I fully recommend TNT as a high quality, reputable contracting company who do things the right way.

Beautiful patio cover. Matches the house. TNT does first class work. Had trouble with getting the finish right the first time on the concrete patio, but they stood behind the work and got it done right.

Contractor provided a well documented contract with prices that were consistent with the level of effort required to do the work and the materials involved. Work was completed exactly on schedule and required 6 days including demolition, siding work and new construction. Workmanship was very good. Deck looks very nice and is a valuable addition to the home.

They were on-time, worked hard, protected our yard, obtained permits, built a safe sturdy deck with staircase and railings. Returned a competitive bid in a short time.

Very well. I felt very comfortable with the crew and especially how helpful the crew leader was in helping me understand what they were doing when I had questions. They had to rebuild a few pieces on a railing section or two, and I didn't realize that until about a month later. I would have liked to have known that, although it didn't really change the outcome. I am very happy with the new deck and the experience we had. They kept on their intended schedule and made everything easy on my end as far as permitting and inspections.

Outstanding! This project was probably my best experience with a builder. I had 3 bids on this job. TnT was lowest by small amount but they offered more options and offered to replace the rear deck instead of simply expanding the existing 50 year old deck. The project start was delayed by a week because the city delayed the building permit. Once it began the TnT workers were here every day (except a weekend) until the job was completed. This was a substantial project and TnT completed the job in 7 workdays.

TnT Builders, Inc. were prompt, professional and friendly from the beginning through the finished project. They did a great job pre-finishing and installing the beam along with the post. All was completed on time. They went beyond my expectations by installing my shades. I would definitely hire them again!

Went great! Very easy to work with.

Working with them is an absolute delight, from the beginning all the way to the end. Trish came onsite for the initial planning and estimation. She proposed a design based on the shape and orientation of our backyard and we were happy with it. Then we were given several choices of styles and materials, all with clear understanding of cost and pros/cons of each choice. Finalizing all our choices with their office was a breeze and they got everything that we asked for, even accommodating some last-minute changes. For the two weeks of the construction, they were prompt and courteous, working through the Oregon weather like clockworks. They always cleaned up at the end of each day, and the final deck was beautiful.

I brought them an idea and a few photo's the for an example, from there they took over and communicated well with me through the process professional group.

Excellent experience. Trish visited our home and measured for a deck replacement. She made several great suggestions about the project. In the end we chose another builder, but I believe TnT would have done a fine job for us had we chosen them.
