They did a nice job with the project however I noticed that one of my seat heaters wasn't working any more. I called them to ask about it and they said I would need to bring it in to diagnose it. I made an appointment and the morning I was to come in noticed that the switch seemed to be loose. I called and told them that I might be able to fix it and that I wouldn't bring it in yet. I got a cranky response that "they were electricians" and that all they did was take the seat out of the car to work on it. That was certainly not the response I was anticipating. The seat heater worked fine before the work and their project clearly caused it to stop working. A "thank you and let us know if you need us to look at it" would have been a much better response. I went from a happy customer to an unhappy one with one phone interaction.
Description of Work: I had them replace sections of my front leather seats that had ripped.
