 + -1 morethey were excellent because they went above and beyond. They came out and did everything they were supposed to do. We missed a lock set, so they came back out and didn't charge extra for it. Also they did 2 follow up visits because I missed some things that needed to be done. They did their work fast, on time, and they had good communication. I liked that they had a good follow up, and they did a great job.
Description of Work: Steve's Safe & Lock came out to replace all of the locks because one of my locks were broken. They repaired the broken lock and replaced the lock on 6 doors.

Description of Work: Ken replaced the two locks on my front door, provided three keys, ... then he replaced the lock on my mailbox, and provided three keys.
