They worked hard and cleaned up each day, extra thoroughly the last day after they finished. The work looks great, we are very happy we hired Sema for our new roof.

Description of Work: I called Sema and got a bid. I did not use Angies List. These guys are wonderful, professional and friendly. I got one section of roof replaced, including the rafters and underlayment. (roof was too flat so they raised the angle.

Description of Work: I was impressed with these guys. They started at 9 and were done by 3! They put on a new 35 x 14 shed roof over the prior work. The bid was half the cost of the others I called. You would never have known any construction had been going on, they carted it all away, even the nails.

Description of Work: Sema roofing has been very responsive to my requests for bids and performed work at my house. They pressure washed, treated and repaired my shake roof and also pressure washed around the house and cleaned up afterward. |I recommend Sema roofing for new roofs and repairs.

+ -1 moreSergio, the owner, was very prompt about coming far out into the boondocks to give a firm estimate. He listened carefully to my needs and made helpful suggestions. His estimate arrived soon after. He called to give me a choice of delaying a short time for certain materials not yet available or going with others that were available. As soon as I made a choice, he was here at work within one week. The crew used the required safety equipmment. They were very neat about collecting all debris and loading it in their truck. Working on the old house roof was not easy nor was installing the new fascia, but they did an excellent job and fast. For the gutters on the new house, they consulted me on several decisions, worked quickly, and used good materials (e.g. screws instead of spikes), and where they had to cut down spout paths through existing deck, they did it precisely.
Description of Work: Stripped old roof, carted off waste, installed drip cap and fascia boards, put on new roofing felt and composition shingles on old house; put seamless gutters and downspouts on new house.

Description of Work: Owner of company, Mr. Sergio Rodriguez, impressed me both by his punctuality meeting me to check out my roof as well as by the time he spent considering my situation and coming up with various options, finally coming up a plan to install gutter guards to solve the problem of our gutters being blocked by leaves and other debris in the Fall. Another part of the contract was that his company would also get rid of accumulated and hardened moss under the tiles [it was summer when we first first spoke to him]. One of his men spent a few days on our roof and was meticulous in removing this stuff. When this was completed, the gutter guards were installed. His response was swift and the price was reasonable and I would hire his company again if further work needs to be done on our roof. Finally, we have recently had a lot of rain and I heard an ominous drip-drip of water coming in through the utility room. Sergio responded quickly, went on the roof, discovering build-up of debris around one of the vents. Immediately, he remedied the situation on that vent as well as another vent.
