The cabinets were well made and GORGEOUS. Don and Cyndie listened to everything I wanted and took the time to make it perfect. They were even several thousand BELOW a big box store!

They were extremely punctual and professional. Everyone that worked for them was so professional and courteous. They built us brand new cabinets, laid new flooring, placed tile back splash, and handled all the electric placement. If they couldn't perform the job themselves they sub-contracted someone who was exceptional. I have no complaints, just praise. There were a couple of hitches in the construction of the kitchen and they solved the problem without too much anxiety. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you!

The new cabinets matched the old cabinets perfectly. They did a nice job and I plan to call them again to do more work for me.

Don is a meticulous craftsman taking detailed measurements while working with us on the design of each cupboard and drawer. They match trims and crown moldings where necessary. We now have have cabinets on all four walls and on one wall they go floor to ceiling.

A husband/wife team owns and operates this business. Both are so nice to deal with. There is a nice show room which makes it so much easier for the selection process. Custom cabinetry is expensive but I have nothing to compare their prices to. I would guess they are fair priced based on the work ethic we saw, the conscientousness, honesty, and the fair way we were always treated. They are in Albany, we are in Salem. There was no hesitation from them to come to Salem to fine-tune. Highly recommend.

They are fabulous. I like everything about them. They are nice to work with and they have a very high standard. There was a mistake made on the color that was put on wrong and they took it all off and di it right.

I called them to get an estimate. Don came out within a week and gave us an estimate. We had heard great things about the company and their quality so we decided to go with them. They were very booked up, which I saw as a good sign. They're in high demand. It took two months to get the work started. A big part of that delay was because of coordination with the main contractor who had to do some prework before Santiam could come in to do their part. Don was meticulous and particular about doing the job right. We wanted a cookbook shelf in front of an old chimney in our utility room. Don was concerned because the chimney was not perfectly level and straight. Well, he was able to make it work beautifully. You can't tell that the chimney is crooked at all and the bookshelf fits beautifully in front of it! We were a pretty small job for their company, but I didn't feel treated that way. Everyone was very nice and professional with us. We were informed on schedule and kept updated on cost changes. I will definitely use them again.
