The installation went flawlessly. Since we were routing from the farthest point on one side of the house to the opposite side the electricians wanted to make the installation as cosmetically pleasing as possible. Two electricians (journeyman and apprentice) showed up right on time, worked quietly and efficiently, were polite, and cleaned up after themselves. We had only one issue. One of the new circuits was for a dehumidifier. After the installation was complete I noticed it wasn't running. I called RWE and they checked with the crew. The apprentice on the crew forgot to turn it back on. I told them I could go into the crawlspace and turn it on myself. However, they insisted on sending the apprentice back out to our house to turn it on himself. They wanted it to be a learning experience. I respected this and I doubt the apprentice will forget to turn something back on after finishing the electrical work again. RWE set up for the city inspector to come to the house to inspect the work. All work passed inspection and the inspector complemented the cleanliness of the installation when I asked his opinion. Inspector's words "Very nice installation, everything was done perfectly".

They arrived on time and were very professional. I asked to be shown how to install the retrofit LSD in the recessed light and the were happy to explain the installations. I was happy with all of the work.

Everything was done well, and the crew stayed until the work was finished. It was a bit challenging as we have an old farmhouse, but the work was finished and was well done.

Rite Way Electric was chosen based on reviews on Angie's List. Throughout the process they were outstanding. The person who first came out to give us an estimate was very easy to work with. He quickly understood what we wanted to do and made valuable suggestions on the wiring. Even though the price was a little more than we anticipated we knew we were getting an excellent product and one done completely to code. When the workers came out for the install there was one main person and then an assistant who was being taught the trade. I appreciated the lead person as there was no doubt he wanted to do it to my satisfaction. He had complete details of the project when he started but during the process I was available and he did call upon me a couple of times to make sure that what he was doing was going to meet my expectations. His suggestions for minor changes to the original plans were good ones that I appreciated. The work done by both the install people and the person who first came out to give the estimate and draw up the plans were both interested in our project and what we have now is first rate electrical wiring of our shop. We have now been using the shop for a month and have yet to say we wished we had changed something in the wiring.

Provided a quote that was close to a $1000 higher than the one I used.

They are easy to schedule, and the price is reasonable. They worked well with my tenant.

When I called there was an immediate response. After I described what I wanted they obliged me with a "ball park" figure. Then they said that what they do is set up an appointment, then come to give a better quote and if the quote is acceptable, they start work right away. This suited me fine since the house is a rental and I have to drive to Corvallis--one less trip! Brad arrived precisely on time, took a look at what needed to be done, gave me a quote and after I accepted the terms, went right to work. He was done in less time than he originally quoted and the price was even a little less than the "ball park" figure. He was professional, courteous, and quick. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

The people at Rite Way were very gracious and were always happy to accommodate our last-minute requests to do additional work. Furthermore, they were pleasant and fun to be around.

Eli came today. I had an outlet that didn't work but it ended up being a faulty switch instead. He figured it out very quickly. I also had a outlet that was browned and overheated and he changed that out and put in the correct amp for the outlet. He gave me some good advice. He was very nice and informative. He even put on shoe covers. He did his work very quickly and taught me a few things along the way. I am very impressed and would use him again. UPDATE: So I just got my bill and it is not what I was told it would be. I was quoted $97 per hour for labor. Eli was here for 1 hr and 10 min and when he left he told me my bill would be about $107 + material which was about $5. I gave him my Angie's list coupon for $30 off a job over $100, I got the bill yesterday and they billed me $174.55!!! What ?? Then they deducted $30 for the coupon and charged me $144.55. Nothing what I was told. Did they add in more labor charges due to me giving them a coupon? Makes me wonder when the quote is so far off. The work was good and quick but leaves me wondering about their billing practices :( At this point I am not sure if I will use them again I graded them less on responsiveness also due to not being able to have them come out to my house for at least 1 week from when I called them. UPDATE 2: I received a call from Rite way today. They read my review and apologized for the misunderstanding. They agreed to honor the quote of $107 + $5 material and deducted my $30 coupon. Very happy with their response and and they really our trying to please their customers and have a good reputation. They took quite a long time to get it done that is why price was up. The charge was fairly substantial but the work was good. They were very friendly and nice people. We went to the office and they were nice in the office.

I am in the process of a complete remodel. Along with this means electrical changes and upgrades. Ely and Nick came out to do exterior and interior lighting changes and additions. They were both very professional, cleaned up after their work and were very punctual. They work very well together and efficiently. The job took two complete days in which they both work past 5 PM in order to get the job completed. Most people would've quit at 5 and called it good but these guys went above and beyond to get my project done. From the office staff to the electricians, everyone was very efficient, professional and friendly. Phase 2 of the remodel will begin soon and I will definitely have them back to do all my electrical needs. Thank you!

Took 2 appointments, first one a consult at $97/hr. Then Ryan returned 2 weeks later to install new fan in our 20 ft ceiling and run our speaker wire. Took 4 hours to complete hanging and wiring our new 72" down rod and 68" five blade fan. Assembled and worked quickly. Took nearly over an hour to install wires in foundation - well worth it! Great job thanks!!

We ordered an EV charging station online from AeroVironment, with the price including installation. Rite Way Electric was hired by AeroVironment to install the station. As soon as I had a contact name at Rite Way (Ben Fears), I contacted him immediately to list several other jobs that we would like them to complete while they were at our house. Our Rite Way Electrician, Bill Strong showed up at the scheduled time on Day 1. Being the goods Salesman that he is, one of the first things he asked was why not install two EV charging stations since we had two plug-in electric/hybrid cars (instead of one 240V station and one 120V dedicated outlet). What he said made a lot of sense, so we contacted AeroVironment who agreed to ship Rite Way a second unit and provided approval to incorporate some of the installation process on Day 1. We explained to Bill what else we wanted to complete so that he was able to get a pretty good idea how long the work was going to take. It also allowed him to give us a list of items to pick up at our local Home Depot so that he could get as much of the work done that day as possible. Due to ordering the extra EV charging station, after working a full day on Day 1, it was decided to wait to complete the work until the new EV charging station was delivered. Bill returned on Day 2 and finished up the work. Since we had already paid for the installation of the EV charging stations, the price I am including as the approximate cost of service is only the amount we paid for the additional work we had Bill complete for us. We are very happy with both the customer service and the work performed by Rite Way Electric. We did not find Rite Way Electric through Angie's List, but I am very happy they are listed on Angie's List to allow me to complete my review. When we need additional electrical work, we will definitely be calling Rite Way Electric!!! Thank you Ben for your great customer service and thank you Bill for the great work you did for us.

They did a great job-- very conscientious and good cleanup. Good people to work with.

Bill arrived on time. Had some difficulty with the lights as they were purchased from a recycling center and all of the parts were not on the lights. They figured out how to make it work & I was very pleased with the outcome. A couple of days later may granddaughter went to switch on the lights & one was not working. I checked the connection but it still did not work. I contacted Rite Way & left message. Immediately I received a return call from Rite Way manager. He thought it was the bulb & immediately worked with me on how to replace bulb at their expense. Replaced bulb & everything fine. I was very pleased with the service I received. I would make a couple of suggestions..... I was wanting a price for what it was going cost but Bill said that was difficult to quote because of variables.....I understand that but when working on a budget it is important for me to know what to expect. Also, I had to leave before the job was completed & it would have nice if a business card or contact information would have been left for me. But all in all it was great work.

Appointment made by courteous fellow on phone and backed up with return message on Angie's List regarding my request for an appointment. Appointment booked for within 2 business days and electrician was prompt...I was not, I had written the time down incorrectly by 30 minutes. Electrician called about 10 minutes before he was to arrive and then again to say he was at my home. Luckily he waited a bit because I had left my cell phone in the car. Once I arrived home and explained the problem to electrician Brad, he shortly honed in on what needed to be done. He said there must be another outlet in my garage but I had never seen one. I had built-in closets installed in the garage about 7 years ago and I never knew I had an outlet in one of them! Brad took the time to check the back walls of the built-ins and discovered there was one behind a bunch of hanging coats and that was our culprit! With the mystery solved he offered to replaced the GFI on the pond outlet for $28 saying that if the pond motor shuts off now, I will know for sure I need a new motor. Better to spend $28 now to see if that is the problem rather than $200-$300 on a new motor. As it turns out it is the motor but now I know for sure and I thank Brad for explaining it all to me. The cost of service is listed as $0.00 because I have not yet received the bill but I was able to give Brad the 10% off coupon RWE has on Angie's List.

Said to call and would return to look at the issue again. May be installing a new circuit or two.

replaced many electrical outlets and switches and some connecting of medical alert equipment the repairman was friendly and knowledgeable and performed amazing service!! Am rescheduling for a future appt. asap....

Showed up right on time. Gave an estimate and proceeded with the work requested. Job took approximately 4 hours. Completed within the time frame quoted. Work was done in a professional and timely manner. Clean up was complete. Would highly recommend RWE and would definitely use again.
