They were able to go out and give me a quote the same day I called. Luke was available and was able to clean the carpet the same day. When I moved into the rental the carpet was suppose to have been cleaned, but after seeing what a great job he did, I would not hesitate to use them again.

I've used them for almost 25 years. They're excellent.

It all went very well. I felt everything was done in a professional manner - good job, very thoughtful, thorough, and price was well withing a reasonable rate. It was some time ago but I remember being completely satisfied with quality of work performed as well as cost being very reasonable. Since this was some time ago, and I cannot fill in dates or cost, my review is apparently not worthy of being included, so PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE ASKING ME TO FINISH THIS REVIEW. I filled in a date out of the air - having indicated that I could not remember. Since I could not fill in a date in the format requested, it seems this never gets to a place where it is reviewed by Angies's.

He was very knowledgeable and prompt. He managed to get out a stain that I didn't think anybody would be able to do. I was very pleased with the work that he did.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It went very well. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased. I had a lot of pet stains because we have two new puppies. It was an excellent job on that and he even sent a card afterwards thanking me and asking about the puppies.

BUT ANGIE'S LIST BILLED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE REST OF THE BILL WHICH THE PROVIDER HAD DISCOUNTED. SO MY FINAL BILL WAS THE SAME AND THE PROVIDER GOT HALF?

They called back a few days later to make sure we were happy with the work and they would come back at no cost to hit an area that might be showing up again if needed. This is the second time I used them. The first time I used Rainbow they came out two more times to hit those heavy animal stains that started to re-emerge.This was at no cost to me and they seemed very happy to do it. They told me before they left after doing the first cleaning that it is the nature of deep set animal vomit stains to start to show up again. We were very happy with their work both times and will use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Rainbow cleaned my 3 upstairs bedrooms. They were friendly and did a good job in short order.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. They were prompt and professional. They seemed to do a pretty good job but there were still some spots in the carpet.

I purchased a coupon through Angie's List after searching for "Salem OR Carpet Cleaning" so I assumed that this was a Salem company. When I called, the woman who was managing the schedule seemed rather "inconvienced" by my call and said I was too far away from their business. I was kind of shocked since the coupon didn't say where the company was housed and I had assumed since the search was for Salem, it was within their proximity. She indicated they would have to travel over 40 minutes and they don't usually do that. I felt awful that I had inconvienced her but I had already purchased the coupon. She indicated that she needed to check with the owner and perhaps she was unaware that he had expanded their businesses' work area without telling her. So, needless to say, first impressions were not good or professional. I don't think making someone feel guilty for giving them your business is a good strategy. THIS WAS MY ONLY COMPLAINT. I was, however ,very pleased with the two gentlemen than arrived ON TIME, worked very hard and were thorough with the stains that I pointed out before hand. The carpet dried nicely (not too damp when done) and the carpets looked amazing. I would work with this company again because they did do a nice job and were reasonable in pricing but evidentally they are not a company that works within the Salem area.

Our Oriental rug was saturated with urine from an aging pet. Paul from Rainbow Carpet came by discussed what it would take to get it cleaned and gave us an estimate, and took the rug to his shop. Granted it did take longer to get the rug back but that was because he had to put much more time into removing the odor. He also clipped away many frays caused by cat scratches. Despite the extra time and work he charged only the original estimate and delivered a rug that looked as good as the day it was purchased. I highly recommend this company.

Rainbow was always very prompt and thorough. They came out when I needed any normal carpet cleaning jobs or if I had any emergencies. I would continue to use them when I need a carpet cleaning.

Very knowledgeable and thorough individual did the work. He was also very good at explaining any stains or problem areas and how he would deal with it. Since it was November weather they left drying fans for the weekend to make sure the carpet was absolutely dry before our move-in.

They are superb. They clean all the carpets for my 3 bedroom house. They have always been punctual and cleaned up after themselves, and they do an excellent job. They are very personable and always call and check up if everything is okay.
