These people can almost walk on water, maybe not quite, But cost and timing was perfect, there was nothing done that was not as near perfect as one could ask for. The only problem was trying to get money to John. He did not want to be paid until the work had been completed to his satisfaction. With only a couple of days left before my fist knee replacement surgery, John was finally satisfied and we were allowed to pay for his company's services. It was a really great company to have doing the work you required. Would use them again with no hesitation.

Quality Residential did a great job on the tricky remodel of a downstairs guest bathroom that had an old tile sunken tub (leaving a giant hole in the floor to fill in), a pedestal sink, hideous wallpaper, and ugly carpet. The room was unusable and could not be less attractive. Because of the technical complexity of the job and my budget limitations, I worked diligently to find a contractor who could make it work. John Robinson of Quality Construction got the job done. He respected my budget, and pointed me to suppliers who could supply decent quality materials for a reasonable price. He was persistent in getting the job done when we ran into obstacles that were no one's fault and could not have been foreseen. He is also a very nice, thoughtful, and patient person who is easy to work with. He made several suggestions on how to make the final result look better, and his ideas were good. The final result is extremely attractive. The bathroom is now inviting to use and functional, and quite contemporary. John has an engineering background and is excellent at scoping out the job and solving technical problems, such as the large hole in the floor left by the old sunken tub. I definitely recommend Quality Construction.

I was very impressed by John's creativity, professionalism and responsiveness. He worked with me to find the most affordable way to rebuild an old bathroom and laundry room. I did a some of the work, and he had no problem working with me to make sure the job was done well and on time. The room is now a more open space that has greatly improved the home. His subcontractors were equally solid. I have worked with other contractors over the years, and I wish I would have found John and Quality Construction sooner. I highly recommend.

It went very well. After 2 meetings during which the contractor discussed in detail everything I wanted done, he presented a detailed contract and a timeline. The timeline included his work as well as 3 subcontractors all of whom arrived when scheduled. They all knew exactly what to do. There were no delays on anything and he even had the plumber come early to close off a leak so we could continue with the work. The work was completed right on time and everything was done very well and professionally. John was easily available by phone or email during this whole process. He treated my concerns with great respect. I would gladly use him again.

Going into the project, our priority was that the carport would look like it was original to the house, not something added on a later time. John Robinson understood our concerns and designed a carport that not only fit our needs, but also looks great. We chose Quality Residential because they've done a few other projects at our house and we were very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of John and his crew. John's attention to detail, making sure everything not only looks good but is structurally good, is a big plus. The company's name, Quality Residential Construction, sums it up perfectly. Overall, everything went very well. John addressed everything in our contract and there were relatively few change orders. The change orders that happened were needed and were discussed prior to the work being done. John had good, quality people working for him. All work was done with quality in mind. Nothing was just slapped together to meet the bare minimum of the contract. John was always easy to get hold of and would offer advice at all times. We are very pleased with the end product. We would hire John again for any home projects that we have. The only negative was that John has a small crew and the work took a little longer than expected. However, the quality of the work and the ease with working with John made it all worthwhile. I would strongly recommend Quality Residential Construction to anyone in the area. Honesty and integrity mean a lot to me and John lived up to my standards.

Phenomenally! John and crew are fabulous! Always on time, always attentive to details, prices were very competitive, communicative about how the project is going, courteous, trustworthy and straightforward. There are no games, there are no bait and switch issues - just great contracting at great prices. I swear by this company.

The whole thing went very well. We left him with a work contact ph.# to call for problems arising. Always a good idea for the customer and the contractor.

They were really good communicators and were very professional. His bids were very well thought out and he came in under in a couple of cases. He would not charge more when he went over. He s nearly a perfectionist.
