I hired Joe to replace our existing furnace with a new high efficiency furnace and install central air conditioning in our home. Even with the difficulties surrounding the COVID pandemic and the subsequent supply-chain problems, he and his helper, Mike, did a superlative job. His website says that he "does it right the first time," and I found that to be completely true. I would hire again in a heartbeat whenever I need something else done.

Joe was very personable. His phone manners were very considerate and kind. We set a time to be here at 8a.m. but due to other pressing situations, he did not make it until 3:30 in the afternoon. We called him about 9:30 to see if something went wrong and he apologized and said he was running behind. Because of the terrible heat wave of 108 that blew through, like us, many were having AC problems. He was excellent, fixed our unit, checked out everything to make sure all was well. He was very friendly and kind. We will call him to come and do the check of our unit before winter sets in.

Joe called and came by early, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, then checked the rest of the system. This was during the heat wave, much appreciated, I would use them again!

Joseph at Norse Heating and Cooling did an amazing job. Solved the problem and got our old system up and working again during extreme heat. He went above and beyond by coming out at NIGHT! So grateful for his professional, efficient and almost immediate attention to our problem.

I can't begin to tell you how grateful we are to Joseph and Norse Heating and Cooling. Our AC went out during a record breaking heatwave and were told by business after business the best they could do was 3-4 weeks if we were lucky. Our house reached above 90 degrees and I was very concerned about my elderly mother that lives with us (she has multiple health concerns). I begged her to go stay with my brother so she wouldn't have to deal with the heat. I was ready to force her. Then Joseph called saying he was in the area and came over at 10:30PM and got us all fixed up. Luckily, it was an easy fix and at a very reasonable price. Only $95 for the call even though it was way after hours and the price of the part itself (only $150). My family and our rescue cats are very appreciative. We need a furnace service before this upcoming winter and will definitely schedule with them. Thank you!

Great response when our furnace quit. Came out same day, detailed diagnosis and came back quickly with a new furnace. Tidy work, great price and professional service. He even discovered there was remaining warranty on a 17 year old furnace that was here when we ought the house, saving us some more $ on our new Payne. Joe is a pro!
