 + 2 moreDavid and his people are awesome. I have used them since moving in. They are prompt, polite, responsive, and were it not for the sound of the equipment, I wouldn't even know they were in the yard, but afterward it's obvious that they have been there with everything so neat and tidy. They think I don't notice ;-D but they get into the details, as well. Example: water puddling near the foundation -- small troughs are set in the mud to help drainage. Trees have leaves coming out at lower areas, looking untidy and not appropriate for long-term growth on tree -- gone! Whatever they use for seed or fertilizer on the lawn is safe for pets. I have 2 dogs and they never have had a reaction to anything put on the lawn. Thank you!!!
Description of Work: I engaged this service to take care of our small front and back yard as I am not able to perform these tasks myself due to medical problems. Regular, weekly lawn and yard care.

Description of Work: They were supposed to come and do lawn maintenance and just through the set up processes, I couldn't get a timely response without me reminding them. |I decided to not use them as they obviously don't need the business. |Very Frustrated, with them, due to thinking they were going to take care of some needed care, I waited and it is now too late to do for this season! |Now have to wait till next spring to do the work I was wanting done this year. :( Not making a good name for them this way. |At the beginning I even gave them the benefit of the doubt, and contacted them after waiting for a month plus to remind them that they had said they would email a quote. They sent it to me asap, I responded asap and the company then sent a automated email stating (quote) "We will be in contact with you very soon to schedule the services you accepted on your proposal"on March 25th. |I gave up on waiting for them to contact me. |

Description of Work: The owner came out and did a walk through a couple days prior to the work being done. He was really nice, professional and gave me a few ideas to get my yard back under control after listening to my concerns and what I wanted done. He sent two guys out to do the work on Monday. They were both great and did a walk through with me before beginning any work. The owner came out and checked on progress and made sure that I was happy with the work that was being done. I will be using Neighbor's Lawn Care for all of my future outdoor needs!

 + -1 moreNeighbor's provides us weekly, ongoing lawn and yard care. They are tasked with keeping the lawn mowed, occasional gutter cleaning, and very light trimming of our one large evergreen. I have asked questions and received answers regarding our sprinkler system, as well. We have recently fenced the yard and they haven't missed a beat is working around our new installation.
Description of Work: We have a home and interviewed several lawn care services before selecting Neighbor's. The owner and the crew are *very* thorough, professional and responsive. Our yard would not look nearly as nice without their care. We are pleased with the service and plan on continuing to use them. I would recommend Neighbor's for any service or project that they feel qualified to offer.

 + 0 moreThey've mowed, dethatched, reseeded, edged, pruned pear tree and arborvitae hedge. Also power washed our brick patio and applied very nice hemlock to our beds. If I need some aspect of yard care they're right there to help. Also contribute design ideas! Of course some of what I've listed is in addition to the basic lawn care price of $113 a month which is the cost for someone who signs up for their services on an annual basis. They do an excellent job and are reasonable priced. I recommend them!
Description of Work: We signed up one year's worth of services and have been very pleased with all aspects of services provided.

 + -1 moreDavid and his colleague spent 5 hours clearing out, trimming, removing debris, rocks, filling holes, spraying weeds, redefining the flower beds and using the chips as mulch. The temperature was in the 80's the day they came. They finished the job in one day. The results were so worth the cost. They were on time and did a great job. David gave me good ideas on how to develop and maintain the yard. Good job at a great price.
Description of Work: David and his colleague did a great job for us. He called back and came out the same day. He spent time going over the job, the plan of action, the time it would take and the cost. The house is an older rental and the once beautiful front yard had been neglected and in desperate need of some TLC. The shrubs needed trimming, the flowers beds were overrun with weeds, the grass was full of weeds and borders needed to be redefined. A very large Elm tree in the yard was removed the year before and the tree service chipped the stump and the mound of chips was still there. Rocks had been used as ascents throughout the beds and along the street strip and needed to be removed.

 + -1 moreHe came to the house. Asked how I heard about him (through local paper) I told him my needs for my yard and he has been working on them. I have a huge yard and it needed a lot of care since the previous owners didn't take care of the yard there was a lot to do.
Description of Work: Dave is very professional and takes interest in your yard and gives ideas and does a very good job for a very good price.
