Millers Concrete

It cracked within 2 weeks and promised he would fix it. He has told me 2 different times he would fix and never did. He's made promises and never followed through. They also damaged fence and got cement on it and never cleaned it off.

After the estimate, the crew came in a few days to level the area and put the forms in. The next day they put in the concrete, One gentleman stayed behind and got the concrete looking perfect. I like how he put in two lines even with the step. Then he had one area of the concrete have vertical lines and the other two had horizontal lines. It looks really nice. They cleaned up all of the area. They explained what I needed to do to help the concrete during our 90 degree days.

Terry was very prompt and professional. He gave us a very competitive bid as we had five estimates in all. His references and reviews were outstanding before we even hired him. He was very flexible with our schedule. He offered great opinions regarding our shrubbery and hand rails. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with his service, quality, promptness and price. Would hire him again in a second.

We did a bunch of concrete work with him and we found him on Angie's List as a referral. We liked his responsiveness. He was good, complete and came across with an honest air. He provided the service promptly although he could not get started immediately because of the weather. He was in communication with us and talked us through any delays. Once the service was provided we thought they did a really good job. We also had special needs and he accommodated those special needs. I have not had any issues since the service was provided.

Overall, they were very responsive. Came within days of initially being called, gave an immediate quote after looking at the site and discussing our needs, within a week the garage pad was poured and then a few days later covered with paper to protect it during

Terry Miller came out and gave me a quote for pouring an aggregate patio and walkway with rounded stairs. Work was done and look exceptional. Terry's work crew were all very professional and courteous. Very hard work but they all smiled and did the job without any complaints even though the weather was pretty hot. I am very happy with the work and would choose Millers concrete over any other concrete company in the area.

The quote was for $2000. They haven't done any work yet, but my initial meeting with them for the quote was very good. They said that they would give me a quote in two weeks, but the person concerned hurt his leg or something; so it took them about a month. Their responsiveness was excellent, they were very quick, they got here the next day after I called them, and they were on time for our meeting to do the quote.

They were very efficient. The job was completed on time and to our specifications. They thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete and followed up to check as to our satisfaction.

This was our second project with Miller's Concrete. We were just as satisfied as the previous project. The project was done in a timely and efficient manner and completed as requested. They were careful not to impact the surrounding area and cleaned up everything when they were done.

We were extremely pleased with Terry and his crew. He's been pouring concrete here in town for over 30 years, and really knows his business. Members of his crew have been with him for most if not all of that time. Below are some parts of an email I sent to family and friends as the work was being done: "I gotta say, these guys are some of the best I've ever seen.... of ANY contractor!!! Showed up when they're supposed to..... Worked their tails off.... SWEATED in my concrete, for God's sake!!!!. (95 degrees today) These men are SKILLED tradesmen... They evidenced GREAT care about their workmanship. They accommodated my questions and "change orders" gracefully, and built me a superb driveway!>> In short, these guys do it the old-fashioned way.... and I'm most pleased with their work. Every concern I had was addressed to my full satisfaction. What a pleasure!!!!" Our work was done on time, for the amount quoted. We've had lots of compliments on the finished work.
