Never heard a word from him. Not intetested, now!

I called a week ahead of time and was told that there was no promise of when the call would happen but there would be a call ahead. This was before anything else was scheduled. When I called late morning to see when the call would happen i was told very rudely in a raised voice that i was last for the day. I live out of town and since I'm out of town those are always last on the list. I wasn't told that last week when I called. I had assumption from that conversation that calls were clustered according to location. I said I understood but when I called today that was not the case. All the city calls were before me. I asked why that couldn't have been in reverse and again was answered rudely. I tried to talk to the man on the phone but he would not stop talking in the raised voice to hear what I wanted to say and in fact seemed glad that he would be able to cancel the visit. VERY POOR Customer Service. I did cancel and will never call here again. They don't seem to care. Makes me seriously wonder about how the quality of my expensive service call would have gone and if I would have been charged for a lot of unnecessary parts. I'm glad this didn't work out because I could see up front how their customer service is.

Appointment was made for 0900. After calling them at 0930, they finally showed up at about 0950. About 10 or 15 minutes of checking out the washer and telling me it must be the electronic board and there was nothing they could do for me unless I wanted to shell out mega bucks for a new board. I was then told it would cost $99.00. The tech was very nice and explained what he was doing and it was obvious to me he felt very bad when he told me their minimum call price was 99 dollars. I have no issue with paying for them to come look, but you would think they would have a sliding fee scale for 15 minutes. Anyway, I will do some checking around first before calling Mike's Appliance again.

Mechanic very pleasant, quickly did a through cleaning and checked operation. Cleaning turned out to be enough. So he didn't try to "upsell" me on any additional services. Very Satisfacoryt

Sent a message to this company and have not heard back in a week and a half. Horrible, dont waste your time.

Our SubZero refrigerator was failing to hold temperature (freezer was ok). Mike and Marty found that the evaporator coil had developed a very slow leak due to corrosion over time. It took a while to diagnose the problem, but they finally figured out what the problem was and they fixed it. It's been about a month since the repair and the refrigerator is working fine. Although the repair was expensive, it was a lot less than buying a new SubZero refrigerator/freezer at a cost of nearly $9k.

Marty and his son are very friendly! The model number faded on my machine and Marty was able to call a friend and figure out what part to order. I was very thankful for the extra effort to do this because another company wouldn't help me at all. I was prepared to buy a new washing machine. When I called, Marty came right over and was able to order the part on a Tuesday night and they installed it on Friday. What really made me happy is I had a quote from another company at $425.00 and Mike's Appliance Repair charged me $280.00.

I called Sunday left a message... I contacted them again early Monday morning.... They arrived on time, examined my refrigerator and very quickly that derermined that there was ice buildup around the upper compressor fan. I followed their instructions and the problem was resolved without further issue.

There are two people in the business and the father is the owner. They did an excellent job. He was personable. He got here within the time frame that he had indicated.

Multiple returns for repairs, damages. A very poor experience overall.

Marty came right out and took a look - he got me the manuals for free and said he would come back if I continued to have issues that didn't resolve by reading thru the instruction manual. He's personable and prompt. I very much appreciate that he didn't try to 'fix' something that wasn't really broken! I will be calling him for all my appliance needs in the future! Thanks Marty!

Our refrigerator wasn't holding temperature, and they came right out, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part for installation in a few days. They were willing to look at my oven, which I hadn't mentioned when I called them, and also looked at my wine cooler, which stopped working, and our ceiling fan, which wasn't working. They honestly told me to return the cooler to Costco, since it wasn't worth fixing, and they weren't able to fix the ceiling fan because it would take an electrician. I appreciate their at least taking a look at things while they were here.
