THey were very responsive, and set up an appointment on the first call. Estimate given over the phone and the final price came in less. Good professional, experienced girl did installation and took extra care to balance fans until she was happy with it.

Professional was the best and I think price was the worse. I think the price should be more in line with the time and labor, and parts and service for them. That was the only service I have had with them.

I called with an emergency as 2 refrigerators were serviced by this outlet. They came out by noon (called at 8AM) and took care of the problem. Professional. Pleasant. Explained the problem. Will definitely use this company again.

Weekend on call person, Jayson, was very concerned about safety at my house due to the fire which was contained in the service panel. I had some outside help make me safe until Monday when Mand W could replace the service. It was urgent to get fixed since I am on a well so no power means no water or electricity. Marvin did the installation and was prompt, and did not waste any time getting to work. He was courteous and answered my dumb questions. I was very impressed with his professionalism and reassurance that the work would be done in one day, which it was. I feel that a top-notch job was performed and I am so thankful that my situation was handled so promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Mand W !

They were great. Fast, efficient, personable and easy to deal with. What we asked for is exactly what we got. These are our electricians from now on. Bottom line: I will never call another electrician but M and W.

The contractor was very courteous, and got straight to work on arrival. He was also very helpful, explaining the new codes and suggested future changes to meet code. I would have liked to complete the job in one visit but he insisted on coming back when the actual unit arrived even though I had the specification sheet which indicated the type of connection required - he did not complete the hookup to the circuit breaker so now I will be paying for a second call and travel.

The employee was punctual and courteous. He performed the installation well; however, he did not clean up after the job was finished. I had to go back behind him and vacuum up the debris he accumulated.

Jeremy arrived quickly, and was quickly able to diagnose and take care of the problem. He was very nice and easy to deal with and very professional. We give him our highest recommendation.

I called and left a message for the person who sets the schedule to call back. It was a couple days before he returned my call, but then set up a time for an electrician to stop by. He did call later to change the time from morning to afternoon, which was actually better for us. The electrician arrived about half an hour late (not bad). We told him our problem, and he checked the two outlets that were giving us problems. He explained the problem, and then went to his truck to get the parts and replaced both the outlets. We then asked about an outlet in another room that had a different problem. He replaced that one too. He has all the parts with him, so there was no time needed to get parts. After that my husband asked about wiring our ceiling fan to code, outdoor security lighting, and addind lights and outlets to the garage. He was very helpful with his answers, and we will be having him back to help with some of these projects. The total time here was about one hour.

In August 2011, I had them add a circuit for a microwave and fix an outlet at a rental house. Also as per (bad) recommendation from a heating professional, I asked that they replace the breakers in the furnace. The electrician said they would need to order them and he would get back to me the following week. He never did. I adopted a wait and see attitude about the intermittent workings of the furnace--waited for cold weather to come to see if there was a definitive problem. October came and the renters complained the heater was intermittently shutting off. I called M and W again and asked about the breakers. They ordered them, a different electrician came to put them in. He expressed doubt that it would fix my problem, but that was plan A as per the heating guy (my fault for following through on iffy diagnosis.) It took the electrician 1.5 hours to install breakers in the furnace. I finally got a bill from them in December for more than $500. Turns out they had not billed me for the initial work because they had not closed out the work ticket--as they waited for me to call them back. I thought I had paid them because I had written a bunch of big checks in August and September. To top it all off, the furnace would not come back on after the breakers were installed. A good part of the ordeal is my own fault, but the fact that they did not follow through in the first place bothers me, then that they did not close out the bill after not following through. Four months after the first visit I received a giant bill for both visits. I am guessing had I not followed through with the breaker request it would have been several more months before I was billed--at some point they would have reviewed open work tickets.

I have used their services several times in the past. They are very good. I researched the area and their bid was very appropriate compared to the other quotes I received. They were willing to listen to what I would want and did not hesitate to ask questions and offered suggestions.

I received a ballpark estimate on the phone and a day to do the work later that week. The repair man was 10 minute early, promptly identified the problem, fixed it with the supplies he had with him, checked other outlets and finished up in less than an hour. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He left us with an invoice for the work and said they would bill us later. I will absolutely call them again next time we need electrical work done.

Professional and cooperative. I did not get another bid so I cannot comment about price. They were very pleasant about my last minute adding on of a new light fixture and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. My new panel was labeled with every breaker-what a delight!

The service tech that I had was named Barry and I can definitely vouch for him. He was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and discussed the installation of the lights with me. He cleaned up very well afterwards too. It took them about three hours to do the work and I was charged $60 per hour for the labor.
