She is the best. I cannot imagine having someone anymore thorough than she was. I was looking for houses for 2 years and have seen a lot of realtors. She really listened and heard us when we told her what we wanted. She pulled a very specific list for us and escorted us to the locations to check them out with us. She gave us professional advice and was very imformative when we did find the place that we were interested in. She really gave us great advice on what we needed to know about our new area and suggestions on who to use for other work. We got into a bid situation when we found the house we wanted. The adivce she gave us when we got into the bidding situation was probably the single most helpful thing. It helped us get the property at closest to what the other bid was at.
