Dan George Drywall

I was not impressed with the drywall installation and patching that his team did. This was some of the sloppiest mudding I've seen. What's more, his crew left empty cans throughout my house, cigarette butts next to the porch, and decided to clean their tools and dump excess mud in my yard. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We called Dan because he is a family friend. At the last minute we realized we didn’t have the time to do the job ourselves and I knew Dan had the years of experience to get the job done right. His schedule was booked but he made the time to fit us in. He runs a crew of hardworking guys that came in and got it done and got it done quick. They even let me keep my dogs at the house while I was away which was a huge help!!

Treated poorly. It was necessary to make repeated phone calls and emails, most of which went unanswered. "I don't look at email." And he also stated he didn't listen to phone messages. Pictures were sent twice because the first ones sent were through this site which he doesn't look at. A request for an estimate went unanswered. Finally "I can probably come late next week." Never heard from him.

Dan was a little hard to get hold of but after I accepted his bid (which was $3000 lower than anyone else) we set up a date to have the work done. The crew that Dan set out worked as hard as anyone I have ever dealt with. They were fun to have around and worked long days (they even came on Saturday & Sunday). The job was done very professionally and I am very pleased with the work. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan George Drywall.

We were very pleased! The work was very good quality - we asked him to smooth the walls in the kitchen (instead of texture) and he did a great job. This is an art and we have had others do it poorly. He was awesome.

Dan had each task scheduled very efficiently. The finish guy did a great job in matching the texture of existing dry wall. Dan was also very easy to work with on using some excess wall board on another project I had.

Dan George was friendly, courteous, and timely. He gladly, came out and estimated the cost of the job -- and then completed it for exactly the price he quoted. He and his crew showed up on time, did their work quickly, and did a really good job. They did a nice job working around the existing projections into the room (furnace ducts, gas lines, plumbing, etc.). I highly recommend them.

Tape and mud stages went very well. Worker was clean and timely. When another employee came to do the sanding, it was a mess. He failed to plastic off the area and did not use a vacuum resulting in clouds of drywall dust everywhere. The texture operation was quick and matched perfectly to existing. The ceiling texture was matched perfectly.

They showed up exactly when they said they would and finished on time. No mess and a beautiful job and very economical. Absolutely would recommend them and will use them again

Called Dan on the recommendation of a friend. He responded the same day with an estimate and a time he could do the job. He showed up right on time and completed the work professionally for a very reasonable rate. He repaired damage in my drywall and recoated it with an Orange peel type coating. Very pleased with both the work done and the price.
