Description of Work: I contacted Mr Whippo to install a wireless system along with new PC and asked that he remove data and chk out old system that I was wanting to sell. He does NOT respond in a timely manner to emails- sometimes a couple of days- we would set up a time for him to come to my home and I'd end up waiting sometimes up to an hour- His excuse being that he was a single father & small business owner- Because I work in a service oriented profession I basically told him that his customer service sucked- Recenlty I had an issue with my wireless connection- I sent him and email because it had to do with a "password" issue and since he set it up I felt that's where I needed to go- Mind you- he NEVER told me the password when this was installed- Anyway- after waiting a couple of days I did finally get a response - He basically told me that he didn't want to work for me because I was too demanding- When you use a computer for your work "time" does matter- Again he threw out the "single father/small business man" - He then told me that if I wanted him to do anything for me I would have to pay the corporate rate (higher then normal) and would have to work with HIS schedule- I think you get the message- VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
