 + 0 moreWe have very old carpets (20yrs) and they hadn't been cleaned in about 3 years. It looked absolutely beautiful. David even came back a couple of days later and did some touch ups on some of our trouble spots and it completely removed them. When our families came for the holiday they couldn't believe how nice everything looked. We will definitely use David again.
Description of Work: He cleaned the entry way, living room, dining room, hallway and office. We also had David clean our couch, loveseat and lounge chair.

 + -1 moreVery punctual, and called before he arrived. About 400 sq. feet and 11 stairs cleaned. I moved all the furniture so it was a quick job. Very well done. There were some lumps in the carpet after he was done but he assured me that as it dried it would lay flat and he was right. Excellent price and I would use them again.

 + -1 moreWe called, set an appointment, he came as scheduled. He worked quickly but thoroughly. The next job I'll have him do is on berber rather than the standup type carpet so will do an update in a few months.
Description of Work: We had 4 dogs and you can imagine the carpet. David came and pretreated and cleaned the carpets. There was a coffee stain that he treated and offered to swing by with another sprinse if it didn't fade out by the time the carpet dried. David was personable and professional and willing to explain things as he went or when we had questions. The only caution is the door has to be open while he's working so either do it in the summer or when you don't care about keeping your home warm. It didn't take long for the carpets to dry and probably would have been faster if we'd had the heat on. I will use Columbia Carpet Cleaning Systems again.
