They are really good. I am very satisfied. They did interior and exterior windows. I think for the work they do it is a very reasonable price.

Jeanette and her assistant did a fabulous job with our carpets. We had some bad stains in a few places, and they were able to get them all out. They moved the furniture that needed to be moved. I told her when I called that we would need that done, and she told me that was fine. She came shortly after I called to schedule the cleaning. I have used Clearly Superior Cleaning before and have been pleased with everything they have done. I highly Jeanette and her company.

We call Clearly Superior every time we have a rental property turnover. We have light carpets that tend to show dirt, but Jeanette makes them look new every time! I can usually get an appointment within a few days of calling, and I never have to wait to speak with anyone when I call. They are efficient, professional, and respectful of my time and property. I have referred them to friends and business contacts, who have all been pleased with their window and gutter services, as well as carpet cleaning.

She was very professional during both the free quote and the cleaning. We had serious stains due to high traffic areas with two dogs and multiple stains from potty training dogs and an older dog that became incontinent. It took much of the day, but she and her assistant did a marvelous job, removing all of the stains along with the soapy residue left from the spot cleaner we had used as accidents occurred. She even followed up two weeks later to inquire if the residue continued to collect dirt creating a new "stain". So far, no residue stains have surfaced! We would definitely recommend her and plan on using her when our tenants move out of our rental!

Jeanette did a great job cleaning our carpet! I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling, and she was punctual, knowledgeable, and very professional. We had not had the carpets cleaned since potty training a new puppy, and although we cleaned up right after puppy accidents, the cleaner we used left residue on the carpet that eventually attracted dirt. Jeanette was able to get those spots up beautifully, as well as a couple of stubborn stains from coffee and red wine spills in the living room. The carpet looks wonderful. I will definitely recommend this business for carpet cleaning and will use her on an annual basis to keep our carpet looking clean and fresh.

Power washed sidewalks and roof, windows inside and out, carpet cleaning. Came back after power washing was requested after windows and redid them for free (said they should have been left clean). Love them.

I called and would have been able to get an appt within 4 business days but I pushed it out a week. Jeannette and her associate arrived right on time and got right to it. I have never been happier with carpet cleaning results! They felt soft and clean, no crunchy feel. We had two spots where our dogs coat oils darkened the carpet where she laid. It all came up and did not reappear. The price was reasonable. The carpets were completely dry in 24 hrs? I will definitely use and recommend this company and Jeannette.

Things went well. They arrived on time, were very pleasant, explained what they were doing, and enquired about any staining so that they could utilize special cleaners if needed. Overall a very professional job.

Jeanette was punctual and thorough. We moved the furniture off before she arrived. The carpet is a light color and was looking very sad after several years of use. There were stains from foot traffic, food, pets, etc. After cleaning they looked Fantastic! Almost brand new!! It's been 2 months since they were cleaned and they still look great. When I called Clearly Superior Cleaning. My call was answered by Jeanette, all I can say is Wow! Everything she said would be done was. From the time of arrival to the price. I thought the carpet was shot, after looking at the carpet she said she could can fix this. The carpet looks like brand new,it was installed in 1995 by the previous owner. Words are hard to find. A company that does what it said it will do and does. Must say that it was a pleasant surprise to learn that Jeanette was also the carpet cleaner and owner. Through the whole time she was very professional and under standing of my work schedule. I would recommend her company to any one and everyone!. A plus all the way around. They did an excellent job! Clearly Superior Cleaning was prompt, thorough, and professional. Our windows are sparkling clean and we are very glad we hired them to take care of our windows. We would definitely have them back in the future as needed!

The one negative thing that happened is that the service person blew material from the gutters down on our pure white car, left it on the car, and it caused permanent staining of the paint finish. Update: I had not inspected the car since the day it happened because of the snow and weather conditions. I was able to do that today (1-13-14) and now see that the stains left by the debris were not permanent, and no longer show. Janette was going to come by today to inspect the car, and I will now notify her that she does not need to. I am very happy with the company response, and their willingness to do anythng to resolve the issue. I will continue to recommend this provider.

This visit was for carpet cleaning. Had previously used them for window washing and rain gutter cleaning. All work was very professionally done. The owner, Jeanette, does much of the work herself.

When Jeanette arrived to do the estimate, she examined the carpets, asked about the origins of the various stains and talked with me about possible difficult areas. She also did a quick test on our persian area rug, found that she was able to lift a little of the color and told me that while they couldn't clean it ( vat dyed wool) that a competitor of hers had a machine that could. I was impressed with both her professionalism and her honesty. I asked when she could do the carpets and she was able to come later that week. She and her assistant, Shane, arrived on time and set to work. She estimated that it would take them about 2 hours. When they finished, the carpets looked wonderful. An example: I have plastic runners on the stairs to prevent wear and, of course, when they were removed prior to cleaning, the new white carpet under them was revealed. When Jeanette and Shane finished, only a very careful examination could reveal where the runners had been. As she was leaving, she asked if I might know what the tiny little black balls that she found embedded in the carpet might be. I was puzzled until I realized that she was talking about little bits of wax that, over the years, I had dragged in on my shoes (don't ask). When this mystery material resisted all conventional attempts to clean it, she dug out each and every one of those wax bits by hand. Now that's a conscientious cleaner!

Very nice job. Time was taken to explain issues about window condition and windows were cleaned carefully and thoroughly.

They were very nice on the phone and based on the size of my house, I was able to get a quote over the phone. We scheduled an appointment without a problem. They came to the house, cleaned the debris off the roof and cleaned out the gutters and the downspout. Everything was cleaned up when I got home. All the debris and leaves were put in our garbage-compost bin. This and the fact that our roof and gutters were completely clean was the only evidence that they were there. (Though I suspect they also cleaned up dead leaves from the walk up to the front door too, which was very nice.) We received a bill in the mail a few days later, and I happily paid it. I would absolutely recommend them.

My niece, who is allergic to cats, was coming to visit me and I was hoping to remove as much cat fur as possible from my furniture and carpet. All during her visit she was not at all bothered by cat fur The provider did a clearly superior job of cleaning my sofa, stuffed chair, and dining room chairs. The dining room chairs were restored from muted colors to their original sharp tones. The before and after comparison was truly strriking. The provider was careful to check the fabric content of the furniture before cleaning and did a very thorough job. I had hired someone to have the carpet and chairs done about nine months before, and they could not compare to Clearly Superior Cleaning. They were in and out in less than an hour and the cleaning was barely noticeable on inspection. My niece, who is allergic to cats, was coming to visit me and I was trying to remove as much cat fur as possible from my furniture and carpet. She was not at all bothered by cat fur while she was here!!!!! The window washing was very good. The two workers were fast and efficient, and they did a very good job.

Best carpet cleaning I have ever had

We had an in-home review and estimate of the carpet cleaning we needed. The work was scheduled and they arrived promptly and were VERY professional. We have some newer carpet (about 4 years old) and older carpet (about 20 years old). The older carpet, which is light in color, had numerous dark streaks near the heat registers and along the edges. Past carpet cleaning services told us that these were permanent discolorations. During the conversations at our estimate we were told that wasn't really true. We weren't sure if they could live up to the expectation set for us. They truly did live up to the expectation and delivered on the company name "Clearly Superior." The dark discolorations were completely gone! We had anticipated that we were going to have to replace the older carpet this year, but now are thinking we can get an additional year or two out of it. The newer carpet looks like it is brand new again. We were also impressed with the care and concern taken with all of the work. We also had two area carpets cleaned which are on hardwood floors. They made sure that the moisture did not go through the back of the carpets so we didn't have to worry about the hardwood floors. They also went around all of the areas bordered by hardwood flooring and repeatedly wiped off any moisture. We are unequivocally impressed with Clearly Superior Cleaning. They did some downspout cleaning a year ago and provided excellent service. The work done on our carpets only makes us even more impressed with them. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services, which extend beyond just carpet cleaning.
