They did a good job and are reasonable. We recommended them to others. I wanted to also have upholstery cleaned but he said that he could not do it because he did not have all of his equipment. Make sure to let them know ahead of time if you need upholstery cleaned.

Never have I been so frustrated with a service. The reception/office team was very professional and courteous and the estimate went smoothly with the technician appearing professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, on the day of service, the technician (who was 20 minutes late) "discovered" mid-service that he would need to use 8x as much product as the estimate stated. This is, in my opinion, a bait and switch. At best, it is a lousy system in which the estimator or the service person was way off base and I still would not use them again. I will recommend all my friends and neighbors use other services. The bill ended up being more than twice the estimated cost and the service person simply wrote down my credit card number to take it back to the office. I am very uncomfortable with this archaic practice as well as the horrendous service I received.
