He came my house before we committed and looked at my front and back yards and gave me a more accurate estimate based on my needs. As he had promised, he came the following week and did exactly what we had discussed, and he went beyond what I had expected by keeping everything swept and clean. He even suggested some additional services I was not aware I needed. He took the time to explain why my grass needed extra services. He is a professional. The neighbor boy has done a better job in the past. And all he did was mow. They did not have the proper tools for the job. They did not have knowledge of plants. They pulled up plants and left weeds. They actually pulled up my Clematis, and knowing I had bad eyesight, wound the vines around the trellis thinking I would not notice. I didn't. I complimented him on getting the vines arranged on the trellis. I had big full bloomed flower's on the vine. The next day the flowers were dead. I looked closer and saw that they had been pulled up, trimmed and put on the trellis to look like they were still there. I had paid him for the work he had done, but told him that I was not pleased with the job. But finding the deceit the next day made me furious.
