Wayne gave me his hourly rate, and asked me to bring it in when I called the business. When I brought it in, he went over it, I had to leave and he called me within 30min with an estimate on time and labor. He determined the problem, ordered the replacement part and called me when it was all done about 2 business days later. I dropped it off initially on a Sunday, had it back Tuesday. He showed me what was done, offered to give me the problem part, and gave an itemized bill. Very happy with his professional attitude, his knowledge, and the quick turn around time. Will go to again if I have any pc problems I can't handle myself.

Wayne fixed the problem and my computer is running great now. It only took a few days even though he had to order the part. I will definitely go back to him in the future if I need to.

I have used this service twice and both times the repair was done quickly and correctly. I will use this company in the future and will recommend to friends and family.

I've been using Absolute Computer for a couple of years to do various repairs and alterations on my equipment. In the latest case, my computer hard drive failed because of a virus, and I was unable to recover important files. I took my computer into Absolute and he was able to at least partially get access to those files. I came away feeling that Wayne had done the best he could and over the three years or so I've used him, I have developed a trust with him as a fair and honest businessman.

Generally, this is a reputable business which does good work and generates trust with their customer (me!). I consider them my "go to" company for any computer related issues.
