The work was done unprofessionally. I constantly find new leaks on the ceiling. It causes damage to the walls, ceiling, and painting. It is obvious the roof needs to be redone! The company representative Elvis Yao tries to find the reason to blame, someone, but not himself for disgusting work. He is also unhappy with the fact that I call him very often to demand a quality job. I have no choice but to hire another company to complete the job properly. I will also be taking legal action against No.1 safety roofing inc.

Since I am not going on top of the roof, I have no idea whether they've done a good job. Once it rains and it does not leak, that should be telling. I don't like that I only have 1 month warranty on this repair and the fact that the young man did not speak English at all. They sealed 2 skylights for $550.

They were right on time to do the job and very reasonably priced. They also gave me valuable opinions of the things that I checked for which further increased my trust and comfort level in dealing with them.

He came when he said, fixed the loose shingle, found another one that I didn't see and fixed it too. He took pictures of the completed work which allowed me not to climb up the ladder

Elvis provided me the best price of four estimates. The crew he sent worked quickly and completely finished my roof in three hours!! Upon inspection, there was no material left behind either on my gardens or decks. Would I recommend this company, ABSOLUTELY. Thanks for the great job, I am one very happy customer!

Very good service and an excellent price! Even waited for me to reroof my shed and shingled that for me too. Clean up was very good only found 3 pieces of shingles hidden in the garden, 6 new nails all attached together and a bit of plastic. Strongly recommend Elvis!

Getting an estimate from Elvis, was quiet instructive and sounded so positive, that I did not bother to get another one from a different contractor. He explained everything what he was going to do. He gave us a price, we could not refuse. He started at 9am and finished around 5pm. His crew was friendly. They worked very proficiently, They needed no instructions, as each one of them, seemed to be a crew by themselfs. I would"t mind working with them. Excellent Service - showed up in professional attire - gave proper quote with pictures to show where he would do work and explained what he would be doing. Gave very fair price and showed up on time to complete job. Last but not least the workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done leaving our home exactly the way they found it. We had a very satisfactory experience with Number 1 Safety Roofing Inc. The job was well done and there was an excellent clean up job done afterwards. Elvis is a nice guy to deal with, so the business part of the dealings was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them.
