About us

National Roofing.ca has actually been around since 1909. I am the the 4th generation in his family to be in the roofing business. Originally operated by James McKee in Cartwright Township; which is east of Port Perry in Nestleton, Ontario. James and his son Lorne operated a saw mill which supplied all the lumber and metal to the local farmers to use on their barns. This business operated from 1909 until the mid 1930s. James retired, leaving Lorne to run the business. In the 1950s, Lorne's sons, Calvin and Jim, started the roofing business with two other young men, Laverne and JC, brothers from Pontypool. They ran the roofing business and farmed for thirty years. In 1980, I took over the business and changed the name to National Roofing.ca. I have been in the roofing business for over 28 years. Helping my Uncles as a young child stimulated my interest in the roofing industry. Thank you for your time.

They were quick and very thorough. They explained what was needed and they repaired a serious flat roof issue that was to have a deck placed on top of it. Thanks for coming to our rescue as we were in need of having the work done within a tight timeline. I would hire Todd McKee and his team again. They were so helpful and really a reliable roofer. Thanks again Todd and co.The deck is almost done and the roof is great We are so pleased that we do not have to worry about any leaks in the future and that the deck will last for a very long time. I was truly panicked trying to find someone thanks !
