Description of Work: My irrigation system had stopped working, so I called a local company (referred by Angie's) for an estimate, explaining that I thought the problem to be either a bad circuit breaker or the pump motor on the well that supplied the water. They assured me that they had someone who could easily handle the problem. Instead, they sent out a young man who was totally unprepared to render a diagnosis or, certainly, to either estimate the cost or make the repairs. That's when I decided to call Twin City Electric. After I explained the problem, they sent out two highly qualiified electricians who knew exactly how to fix well-supplied irrigation systems. They quicly and expertly found the troubles, gave me an estimate, and fixed the problem--a burned out motor on the pump. Because it had been about 11 years since the pump was installed, they suggested that it should be replaced because it was overdue for failure. I agreed, and the entire process was completed the same day they came out, nequiring only one service call and a minimum of down time.I am fully satisfied with the services the Twin City Electric guys provided. They were professional, courteous, and kept all promises made. In other words, they "got the job done" with least amount of time and expense. You can be certain that I will recommend them to anyone who needs electrical service, especially on well-driven irrigation systems.

+ -1 moreThe man who came for estimate answered our questions, explained options. Work was performed as scheduled, within quote, and electricians were pleasant and professional. A small problem arose with a defective part several months later, and it was replaced the same day we called about it at no cost. I am planning to use them again for another project.
Description of Work: Reinstalled ceiling fan that had fallen. Added under counter lighting in utility room. Added outside outlet. Replaced defective outside outlet.
