Door has not been installed yet, but the customer service and the transparency of Blake as he was explaining everything is what determined my choice. I expect the installation to go well. He is the only service that explained to me that there is no sales tax on installation itself, just on the product. His price was close to the other quotes I had, but I trusted his honesty and attention to detail.

Blake came the very next morning after I called him. My mom needed a new spring for her garage door. I felt like he treated her as if she was his own mom. He was very respectful and honest. He first gave me a quote for a specific spring. He did not have it but was able to substitute one that would do the same thing. Turned out it was $85 cheaper. Impressed he was honest and told me the price change. He could have stayed with previous quote and I would never have known. Very impressed with his service and character. Would recommend him to anyone.

Very professional and fast

This is one of the best companies I have contacted. The young man that came to check the garage opener was so courteous and quickly found the problem with the opener! He also lubricated the noisy rollers and made sure everything was working properly. I will hire this firm again if I have garage doir oroblems.
