Frank was pleasant and answered all our questions. He was calm and not too picky.

I called Hometeam two days in a row with no answer and left messages. Unfortunately, they did not call me back. I guess they aren't very eager for new business right now.

The experience was excellent. They checked everything they were supposed to. They were conscientous and gave me a good report. Then they followed up on things that needed repaired for me because I was out of town. The price was fair. They were very professional. They found a number of other things that other inspection services wouldn't have caught. They pointed out things in my fireplace, chimney and all the appliances. They were wonderful to work with.

I was looking for someone that was detailed orientated and very knowledgeable of anything pertaining to a home. The Hometeam meet and exceeded all of my expectations. They went over everything in the home and took pictures and provided a detailed report. A top notch company.

Frank was punctual for the home inspection, and explained to me what he would be doing, and that I could stick around or come back in an hour where he would then walk me through his findings. I ran a few errands and came back, and he walked me through his findings. He was efficient, and explained in detail the problem areas, as well as pointers on how other things in the home should be working (water heater, fuse box, etc). Frank also let me know if I had any future questions about the home to feel free to call him. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

He met my sister and the realtor over there and did really well. He was communicative and was thorough. He sent us a report the next day with reports. He was very committed to the buyer.

Frank was very thorough in the inspection and explained everything in detail to me after he was finished. I was also emailed a report that same day with pictures, problems, potential problems, remedies and estimated costs.
