I have been using them for a year.

Not very well.

Found several dead mice after Andrew's first treatment. Then he re-treated both inside and outside the house a couple of weeks later after we saw a baby mouse in the house. Haven't seen any since.

We paid through Angie's list (I think) but never heard anything from the pest control company.

The company owner, Andrew, spent some time and answered all of my questons and concerns. I like that he does not do contracts and will call in a few months to see if we need another service for pests. If you book through Angie's list, call him after your purchase to set up date and time. Due to some changes in the system, he was not receiving the info that I purchased the service and didn't know to contact us.

It went very well. He arrived on time (even a few minutes early), listened to my issue and got right on it. He explained everything and was extremely professional. I really like that he doesn't lock you into a contract like some of the other companies I called do. He will follow-up every three months but it's up to me as to what I have done. I definitely recommend Southern Pest Control.

House perimeter and infested areas were treated for termite elimination and prevention. Squirrels are gone from the attic.

He was on time, polite and informative as well. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

Had Southern Pest Control spray for bugs. Took less than an hour. Haven't seen any ants or spiders since he sprayed. Great deal as I used the Angies List coupon - $54.00. Would definitely use Souther Pest Control again.

After several attempts to get out (delayed because of all the rain we had), he was able to treat our home as planned. Also explained to us what future treatments may be needed and the cost. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will certainly be using his service in the future!

Went very well. He showed up at the time he said he would be here. He helped me with major concerns I have with a previous termite treatment I had done. I had termite swarms in my garage that was surprised to be treated. The company that done the treatment is supposed to come out and take care of it, but as much as I payed they should not have to come out and do another treatment.

I had to remind him to do around the doors and some closets that he missed. It was supposed to include a termite inspection that I never saw him do but when I asked him about it, he said he had done it. The next day we found evidence of termites, big evidence, 3 exit holes and mud tunnels. Therefore because I was so disappointed in his lack of termite inspection, I called Terminix come out and eradicate the pests and put in baits.

It went fantastic! No more bugs in the house and it was safe for our dogs.

We have been using Southern Pest Control for two years. They are a very professional and personal company. They will call to remind us that our quarterly treatment is coming up. The day of the appointment they will call to let us know they are headed our way. They are on time and very thorough. We have used them on our rental properties as well. Today our appt. was set for 9:00. I received a call at 8:17 stating they were on their way and that they would be there around 8:45 - 8:50. They arrived at 8:50. They usually treat the inside first unless that doesn't work for me. We talk about any concerns or issues. They use a sprayer and spray the baseboards of all the rooms and areas that would be prone to bug movement. The product they use is safe for humans and your pets. Once the inside is treated they treat the outside. Then they will come back in and give the invoice and once again they always have time for questions or concerns.
