Description of Work: Service was excellent. They were a little late on the day of the move. But they got to work very efficiently and completed the move in one day as promised. The men were professional and placed all our stuff in the place we requested in our new home. The price was exactly what we agreed on and the furniture was not damaged in any way. We will use them again when we move the next time.

Originally we were told that the movers would arrive between Noon and 2pm on the moving day, but around 12:30pm that day we received a call that they would not be able to make it by that time. However, the did give us another approximate arrival time and even agreed to give us a call about 45 minutes before arriving. Immediately upon arrival, they began loading all of our items and did so in an extremely quick but careful manner. All was loaded in about 45 minutes, and then they met me across town at the other house, where they proceeded to unload all the items in the rooms that I specified. All in all, they got everything done in just under 2 hours, which was great!! All items arrived in the same condition that they left the old house. The only down side to the service was that the movers were "unable" to make change, even though they require that the first $250 of any move be paid in cash, but I didn't lose much change just $5. Might just be helpful for people to know this beforehand.
Description of Work: Moved approx. 4 rooms worth of furniture and boxes from one house to another house across town.
