+ 1 moreI was referred to Red Beard by another plumber whose schedule didn't allow for services to be provided as quickly as we needed. Luke was quick to respond to my message, scheduled, and completed the initial service (video inspection) very quickly. After the initial service, Luke provided a detailed explanation of the issue and description of the work needed to remedy the problem. In light of the magnitude of the required repair, the replacement was scheduled and completed in a very timely manner. On the day of the repair, the crew showed up promptly as scheduled. Once the excavation was complete and repairs were underway, Luke called to touch base and verify that the initial diagnosis was correct. Photographs were provided of the broken sewer line after it was uncovered, repairs made, and proper backfilling of the repairs. Red Beard Plumbing is a truly professional, first-rate service provider with excellent customer service. They'll be my first call for any future plumbing needs. Hopefully not too soon, though. Description of Work: (1) Video inspection of blocked sanitary sewer service line. (2) Excavation and replacement of broken portions of drain line. (3) Cleared root blockage at the riser to the sewer main.
