Oklahoma Irrigation & Advance Drainage Solutions

They didn't really do anything. I paid for a sprinkler system tune-up, knowing I had a few sprinkler heads that were unresponsive. They turned on the sprinklers, walked around, said it was good and left without really doing anything. Problematic sprinkler heads are still not functioning properly. Don't think I'd used them again.

The initial system they put in stopped working within a month, and I called them back out and charged me another $950.00 to fix it. They did not do quality work and they do not back their work up.

I had another company come out in June 2015 to make sure everything was working properly with my sprinkler system. They claimed they had fixed all my problems. It was a disaster. Things were worse than they had been. I finally called Oklahoma Irrigation for help, and they did a fantastic job of adjusting and/or replacing all the heads, making sure the lawn was being watered properly and for the right amount of time. He made a couple of notes on the work order/invoice of a couple of things that should be done next spring, and got it set up for winter. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Went seemless with no problems

Repairman spent 5 minutes looking at leaking water and locating the main water cut-off valve. Then he asked for 30 minutes to get some lunch. He returned an hour later and repaired the leak. He also checked that the entire sprinkler system was working correctly. The bill was $176, which included $95 for driving and diagnosing, plus $65 for an hour of work. When I asked about 5% off for Angie's List members, he did not know how it worked. He called the office but got no answer.

I’m on an annual service with them. They always have a date for me within the day. They tell me which day they’ll be there. The serviceman calls me and gives me time to open the gate and stuff. I’m happy with the service. When they turn them on, they walk the lawn and they find the sprinkler head and repair anything and keep them from having leaks and breaks. They have always been right upfront. They tell me everything they need to do and make sure that they’re okay to do it.

They came out promptly. Were thorough and efficient. Left job clean. Reasonably priced. Definitely use them again.

Hard to get a hold of tech on phone to make appt. The alignment seems more like a gimick to sell more services. The sprinkler started to leak water a week later but the tech did a reasonable job initially and with the repair. The person in the office did hang on the phone and walked me through shutting off the water to the sprinkler when it started to leak. The tech came out the next day and fixed to leak. Over all nothing to brag about but adequate service and price wise.

They were on time polite, professional and did the job in a timely fashion. I felt they were honest and very helpful. I will use them again.

Excellent. Ricardo was professional, quick & courteous. My only complaint was that he didn't know what to do with The coupon & ended up adding it to the bill. It was resolved quickly .

I had no idea my irrigation system could be aligned so quickly. It was evident that the service man had done many such jobs.

We were very pleased with him overall. He was very prompt. He even told me that he was leaving for lunch and how long he was going to be gone, which kind of surprised me. He did some extra work for us and he did a very good job with the work. With the add on, I thought he was a little expensive, but he was able to work with us on prices.

I don't feel like I got any value for my money. I still can't run one of my stations because it is gushing water to the street

The contractor was punctual and efficient. He was very professional. I defiantly would use this service again.

During a remodel of the front of our house, the earth-moving machinery cut multiple irrigation lines in our 8 zone system. Oklahoma Irrigation and Drainage told us they would contact us in two or three days to schedule a site visit. It turned out they called the next morning. The fee to inspect the system and provide a rough estimate was $95 dollars which they told us ahead of time. It seemed a bit high, but trying to determine how extensive the damage was was not simple since the irrigation lines are buried. A single person, Carlos, did all the work in one day. He was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and very efficient. At several points there were options for how to solve a particular problem. Each time he could explain the pros and cons including the costs. In the end the job was more costly than I had hoped but this was mostly due to the fact that the main pair valve/controllers had to be replaced. We have had a lot of work done on our house for a recent remodel. Of all the different groups we have worked with I was most impressed by Carlos and Oklahoma Irrigation and Drainage. Very impressive.

Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. In fact, they were so on the ball that they called me the day before my service was set up because they'd had a cancellation on their calendar. I appreciated having my service time moved up. The french drain system in my backyard was completely silted up and the exit point of the drain had apparently been buried for a considerable period of time and was no longer working. The drain was fully flushed and cleaned out and the technician extended the exit point of the drainage system with additional tubing to an area of the yard where the outflow of the drain would work better with the grade of the yard. It is now also located in an exposed area of the yard where it is visible to my yard crew so they will not damage it while mowing. I assumed that the drainage system was so severely clogged that I was going to have to have a new system installed. I'm grateful that they were able to resolve the problem without the expense installing a new system and the mess of having to rip up established landscaping.

As already stated, no call back

They did a thorough job of checking and adjusting the sprinklers - they installed new sprinkler heads on 2 units and replaced 6 broken nozzles (for an extra charge).

See above. Just filled out discount coupon on Angie's List - they called the next day and several; days after that work was completed.

I thought the work they did was really great. They kept me in the loop with their progress and were done in two days. The best part was Jay did not want payment until the job was done and after he had his tech guy show me how to use it.

GREAT! I can't remember exactly what we spent, but I do remember feeling it was worth every penny. They were professional; did it the right way; and the boss even came back after the work was completed to double-check his crews. He noticed a couple of sprinklers that weren't working as they should and sent his guys back out to correct it.

I called on 9/27 to have someone come out to my property and assess the drainage problem, provide a plan to fix the problem and perform the necessary services. I was told someone would come out the next day. I took off work and no one ever called or showed up.

The work went well. They were polite, professional and straight forward about the price.

Oklahoma Irrigation & Advance Drainage Solutions was prompt, accurate and thorough and cleaned up after the work. Overall a good experience so I will use them again in the future.

He was very nice and we are going to use him. He was a little bit higher, but he was much more professional. He told us where he is going to put the monitoring device. He was straight to point and very strategic.
