Yes, Alex was professional when he was hired to do the job. Pretty simple, change out the GFI?s. Charged me $389 which I thought was steep but it had to be done in order to sell the house so I accepted it. Then the home inspector came out a week later & said 2 of them had not been changed & were still failing. No biggie, called him thinking he would gladly come back to make it right & that is not what happened. He twisted our conversation, blamed me, said I told him not to do them all & made up an entire story to not take responsibility. Also wanted to charge another $189 to come fix it. So much for that business name of ?We Care Electric? and jazzy tag line of ?people over profits??all a lie?so disappointing.

Do not hire if you want any work done in a timely manner. They will ensure you stay without electricity and make your pregnant wife wait several hours in the cold waiting for them to show up and yet they never did. Do not hire.

Givens came out, immediately identified the issue we were having, gave an informed answer as to why it needed to be replaced and how he was going to do it. Any questions I asked were answered and my son loved hanging out, learning everything that was going on. I'm pretty sure my son could replace a panel now after all the questions he asked! I'll be calling them next time I need anything electrical done!
