Our existing security alarm system was old and needed to be replaced. During our first visit, I told Matthew what features I thought we would like to have, and discussed several security concerns. He told us about a couple options he thought would work for us, addressed the security concerns in detail, and followed up by emailing several technical documents and separate proposals for each of three options. Over time, he answered several additional questions. On installation day, Matthew was early, he completed all work which was in his detailed proposal, and spent quite a bit of time explaining operation of the new system. He remembered all issues and concerns from our previous conversations, and was prepared to address all of them. Matthew is knowledgeable, professional, patient, courteous, and did all work which was outlined in writing. Definitely recommend him.

Super fast response time, he was able to fix our problem when no other techs could! I would highly recommend, and am thankful that he was available and actually able to fix our problem and after hours at that!! Absolutely A souls service and I would rate 6 stars if possible!

The work was top notch and Matt was very knowledgeable. He was able to provide a custom install and wired 6 security cameras connected to a local network video recorder. He also provided great recommendations for camera placement and guidance for individual camera configurations. Thank you so much!
