Legacy Fence

There were a lot of issues with the product.

Estimate given on a Thursday and work was scheduled for Friday afternoon but when I tried to verify a time Kirby didnt respond to text or voicemail. I called again and reached him late Friday and he said he'd be here Saturday after he finished a job and would call when he was on the way. I never heard from him. Left a final message Saturday afternoon stating the job was his if he wanted it but I wouldn't call again. No response.

It went so well. He's done it very quick. He was 50% cheaper than Anybody else.

guys were very friendly and showed up on time and quick with the work, they cleaned everything up after themselves

It is not well. Well, I want the fence that came all the way down to the ground it may did not. He described to the fence in like 2 weeks and I think it took about 3 months before it came. And it was right the first time, I was calling several times and he never returned my call. Then, we got in dispute over the price of it because he put in less fencing than the estimate. I think, he charged me for only but he says he did not. I just go ahead and take the bill on the side I put in to use him again to put my fence up. I did this under rental property. It was probably last May or June. I think it was like $2100 for the chain-linked fence. I have it call to myself because maybe he has done a good job for some and not for others, I do not know. I mean, I certainly did not make a complaint to Angie's list. I just absorbed the loss and probably frustrate, do not want to get rid of the people and that is where I was at. I did not get a great bargain. I think, I got to going right. We have to put robs and stuffs underneath the fence because it did not come down. When he hired on to do, he said that he would keep that in his mind, and he would make sure that was done and they have small dogs. The dogs got out and suddenly, he put like landscaping marks underneath. On the phone with me, when he did finally call me back, he is very prompt to put his bill, but not prompt with his works. We had estimates to our yard also but we never call them on it.

It went very well, very prompt in contacting me to give a quote, and the price was very reasonable. The work was performed on schedule and as promised, the fence is straight, level, sturdy and looks great.

The overall job went great. It was excellent and I had no problem what so ever. They did a good job, and nothing in particular stood out.
