When he arrived he approach with a smile! He discussed his experiences with pest in our area and gave details as to what he would do to prevent the critters from taking over our home. He entered our home and sprayed a chemical in the house to prevent the unfriendly ones from coming in or staying! Afterwards he discussed with my wife and I he would leave some sticky traps in our garage to prevent the critters from getting into crevices of the garage doors. I check the traps and they really work, the only down side is I have to throw them out a lot because my traps catch a lot. As for the outside treatments, he sprayed the outside of the home with his chemical from his nice truck. I can tell it works as well as his traps because our dogs find the dead bugs everywhere.

Mr. J came to our residence after I recieved a visit from another company. He came earlier than expected, explained what he would do, explained his chemicals and sprayed our home as he said he would. He took the time to put down additional traps in our garage. He was extremely nice, took the time to discuss his services and how he would continue to keep the critters from our home.

Mr. James and his company is a breath of fresh air in this world of quick money and half promises. Mr. James has been providing me with excellent service for my office and at my home for a number of years. He takes pride in his professionalism and his knowledge of the various chemicals that he uses and his genuine concern for each of customers needs. He schedules his visits and the time based on the customer's requirements. He is very flexible in changing his visit if a customer's situation arises and can not be available during the normal scheduled date and time. He always calls the night before his visit to ensure that nothing has changed and to remind the customer of his visit. When he is doing his treatment and notices a problem, he usually is ready to treat his findings if he has the proper chemicals with him. If he doesn't have the correct chemicals or the proper weather conditions, he will schedule a return visit. Mr. James is a decorated veteran and will provide services 6 days a week for his commercial and residential customers in accordance with their requirement and needs.
