+ -1 moreThe job could not have gone better. All workmanship was outstanding. Both the roofing and guttering crews were highly professional -- experienced, hardworking, careful, did not waste time, neat, respectful, and clean-up outstanding. Made extensive use of large magnet to pick up nails. Came on time and didn't leave until finished. Installing wood siding was a challenging chore that was handled exceptionally well. Personal suprvision by Mr. Black was comforting and confidence building. I have a great-looking new roof, first-rating guttering that color matches, and handsome wood siding (that a neighbor complimented). Could not be more pleased and would recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: Complete roof replacement. Removed all old shingles from roof and utility shed, plus old pipe flashing, power vent and furnace cap flashing. Hauled away old shingles and materials. Inspected decking and installed new felt. Replaced 38- square feet of shingles w/30-year laminate shingles (on both house and shed). Very helpful in selecting right shingles (i.e. color and definition). Replaced all flashing, installed two new turbo vents, installed new Z-ridge cap, replaced wood siding on north side (under roof gable; difficult job), and replaced all gutters and downspouts. Color match of new guttering is phenomenal.
