+ -1 moreI was wanting an estimate on peirs for my home. I have an old victorian that was built in 1905. This was actually a referral from a demolition company that used this company for several homes. One of the homes was an old farm house similiar to mine according the to the person whom referred this company. I am not sure if they just stopped looking at old house now or if they just did not want to come to Guthrie. I can't imagine they wouldn't even come take a look before deciding not to do any work. The receptionist was not pleasant and kind of cranky.

+ -1 moreThey had to pull all of our carpeting up. The carpeting was old, so in some places our carpet has no padding under it, as a result of their work. When they did concrete in the kitchen and put the tiles back on floor, it was not smooth or level. The agreement was that everything was to be put back in place, but some of the tiles were not. Some of the tiles are still loose. In the bathroom, they cut a strip of linoleum so they could do concrete work. They did not replace the linoleum. They worked quickly and were on time.
Description of Work: They poured nine piers outside and also 13 piers on the inside.

+ -1 moreI had Crowne Foundation & Concrete Lifting come and look the job over. I picked him over another company. I am happy with his service and what he did. He used iron pipe and did a great job.
Description of Work: Crowne Foundation & Concrete Lifting dug about 7 holes around one area of the house and attached a gadget and lifted it up and then came inside and dug about 6 more and lifted it up.
